The course has completely surpassed our expectations – it has saved our lives! We were at rock bottom – both depressed, stressed, and feeling hopeless and pessimistic about the future. We had just had a traumatic evening with our son when we logged on for our first session. By the end of even the first session, my husband looked and sounded more like his old self – we looked at each other and agreed that we had some hope again.

Each session was easy to follow and engaging. It made sense, was easy to remember and to put in place. As time went on, we felt small positive incremental changes happening to our own family dynamics and these little glimpses gave us confidence for the future.

Gill’s e-course is a refreshing and practical course that doesn’t seek to change you or your child but focuses on changing the approach to the issues in a non-violent, non-confrontational way. The approach of natural and logical consequences was an eye-opener for me and wondered why didn’t I think of this before as a consistent and manageable way to deal with unacceptable behaviours. Gill pitched this course so that there was something for everyone no matter where in your journey you were or your particular circumstances. It is a course well worth doing if you are serious about changing your family’s happiness and of course health. I cannot praise it enough.
