I recently went to this gallery in London https://london.mocomuseum.com/ which is exhibiting the art the singer/songwriter Robbie Williams has created about his anxiety.

He calls his anxiety Blanche and is amazingly candid about how he feels anxious going to events and having to socialise, amongst other things.
This makes his achievements even more remarkable:
With over 75 million albums sold, Robbie’s one of the biggest British artists of the past 25 years. Yet, most of Robbie’s songs were failures.
Although Robbie has written and recorded 238 of his own songs. Out of those, only 14 became hit singles in their own right.
14 out of 238 is 6%. Most people would have given up long before the first one became a hit and many anxious people never get to reach their full potential because their anxiety cripples them.
Anxiety does not have to stop our children, especially if we empower them to manage their own anxiety.
